Some dishes require a few simple and fun finish at-home procedures, a chef’s guide will be included with your delivery. We are currently also offering a vegetarian menu but are unable to accommodate further dietary requirements at this time. Due to seasonal availability, some ingredients may be subject to change. We appreciate your understanding. Food is intended to be consumed within two days after arrival.

Valpolicella Superiore, Il Rientro, La Giuva, Veneto, 2017

A Valpolicella made similarly to its bigger brother Amarone with the ‘appassimento’ crate-drying technique of the grapes. The wine spends 12 months in new oak barrels which donate nuanced notes of fine vanilla bean and hints of spice. Soft tannins, plenty of delicious ripe fruit flavours and a subtle sweetness on the finish.
