  1. A Valpolicella made similarly to its bigger brother Amarone with the ‘appassimento’ crate-drying technique of the grapes. The wine spends 12 months in new oak barrels which donate nuanced notes of fine vanilla bean and hints of spice. Soft tannins, plenty of delicious ripe fruit flavours and a subtle sweetness on the finish.
